Women of Orwell

A new WI for the village

By Katy Tyndall

Orwell WI has recently reformed under its new guise : Women of Orwell.

We meet on the second Thursday of the month at 8pm in the Village Hall and we are delighted that there are already 70 new members – but would be thrilled to welcome many more.

We are hoping to tap into the talents and expertise of the women of Orwell and hope to bring members a fun and interesting programme of events as well as the opportunity to be involved in national campaigns – and just enjoy getting to know each other over a glass of wine or a coffee.

Our meetings provide a good chance to meet friends and  make new ones.

New members, visitors and volunteers who would like to get involved and help with putting the show on the road are all so welcome!
