Village Library

There is a small selection of books and puzzles available for Orwell residents to borrow located in the village store.

The Orwell Parish Council are currently looking at alternative options where this can be located.

Mobile Library

Cambridgeshire currently has three mobile libraries stopping at 364 locations in 85 villages and communities throughout the county.

It’s a great place for catching up with friends and colleagues whilst supporting a local community resource.

Times & Location

The mobile library visits Orwell on the third Tuesday of every month at the following locations:

Lordship Close between 11.50am to 12.20pm
Hurdleditch Road between 12.20pm to 12.50pm
